Are you applying for a puppy from specific parents?

What colors will you accept?

Do you prefer a male or a female? Are you flexible with that? (They will be spayed or neutered at 7 weeks and will therefore not be much different from each other)

Do you have a coat-type preference?

Are you willing to accept a dog that may shed?

Do you understand and accept that Lincoln manor can only estimate the size
that a dog will grow to and the coat-type that it may have?

Are you willing to work with your dog on training issues including going to training classes and/or having a trainer come to your house?

Will you please read "The Dog Listener" by Jan Fennell and/or "My Smart Puppy" by Brian Kilcommons and Sarah Wilson?

How many people reside in your home?

Do any of these people have an allergy to dogs?

For whom are you adopting this dog?

Have you owned pets previously? What kind?

Have you done research on the Labradoodle breed?

Is everyone in your home enthusiastic about adopting a dog?

How would you describe the activity level in your home (slow - medium - fast)?

Who will be responsible for the daily care of the dog?

What type of home do you have (single family, duplex, mobile home, etc)?

Are there restrictions or covenants pertaining to pet ownership where you live?

Where will the dog sleep?

How much time will the dog spend outdoors?

How many hours will the dog be left unattended?

If your puppy is to be home alone on a regular basis, would you consider taking him/her to a doggie day care?

The average life span of a Labradoodle is 12 - 15 years. Are you prepared to
keep this pet for the duration of it's natural life?

If for any reason you are unable to keep your dog, do you agree to
notify Lincoln Manor immediately?

Do you agree to never place this dog in a shelter?
