Shipping is extra
Here are the shipping options:
$0.00 - You can come get him
$300.00 I can ship him unattended to the airport nearest you. This price may increase depending on gas prices.
$450.00 or more, depending on airline fares- I can personally escort him and take him in the cabin of the plane with me. This depends on my schedule and the size of the pup.

Once the pregnancy is confirmed those on the waiting list will be notified and deposits to hold a spot in the litter are $250.00 (USD, non refundable) will be due. That will go toward the purchase price (ick! I like "adoption fee" better). After the litter is born, those on the waiting list will be notified in order. An additional $500.00 payment (will also go toward final payment) will be due at that time. We will accept only cash, money order, or PayPal for payments made within two weeks of the puppy going home. Allocation will be by the end of the 6th week. The balance needs to be paid by the time the pup is 6 weeks old. If a person who paid the initial deposit finds there is not a suitable pup in the litter (color/gender not acceptable), then that person may wait until the next available litter. If we are not able to provide a suitable pup within 1 year, the deposit will be refunded. If a person puts deposits down with several different breeders to try to get a puppy faster, that person cannot expect the other breeders to refund the deposit.

Since we are around the puppies all the time and know them the best we will do the allocating.
What we are looking for in prospective homes:
- All members of the family must want the pup.
- The family must have the time to raise and care for the pup. New puppies are like babies and require LOTS of time and patience.
- We do not want the puppy to be left home alone all day. (A good doggie day care is wonderful)
- A fenced in yard is a definite plus.
- The pup must be primarily an indoor dog.
- Having had a pup/dog before is a plus.

- Having a trainer is also a plus

Everyone Loves Puppies!

ALL puppies will be spayed or neutered before going to their new homes unless adopted for breeding purposes at a higher price. Please consider this before sending in a deposit. We will no longer send a pup out on a spay/neuter contract. The animal shelters are overflowing with dogs/pups from unintentional or poor breedings. I refuse to contribute to that problem. Unless a pup is adopted for the explicate purpose of breeding (and being a loved pet) there is absolutely no reason for him/her not to be spayed/neutered before going home; Please don't even ask. - o.k. I will get off my soapbox now. Can you tell this is a touchy subject for me? They will also have all shots and deworming up to date. All the puppies will be micro chipped as well.
We offer a 2 year warranty for heredity ailments that affects quality of life. We do screen and health test our breeding dogs, however, God is in charge. Just as 2 healthy people may unexpectedly have an imperfect child, so may 2 healthy dogs have an imperfect puppy. If, during the first 2 years of the pup's life a heredity ailment that affects his/her quality of life, we will do whichever of the following you choose:
1) Pay all veterinary bills related to the heredity ailment up to the purchase price of the pup.
2) Refund your money and take back the pup, or
3) Replace your puppy. (we would not ask you to return your beloved pet unless that is what you want to do)

Labradoodle puppies are very intelligent and energetic. They require much time, attention, and training. If they are not given this then they will take it upon themselves to find something to do (chewing, emptying the trash, unrolling the toilet paper roll.....). When they are puppies they will nip and jump. They must have proper training so this does not become a habit. This is a good breed and easily trainable, they want nothing more than to please you. You just must take the time to do the training.

While we understand that color and gender is very important to some, please understand that temperament is of utmost importance. Since we will be living with your pup day in and day out, we will help make the puppy selections. As far as Labradoodles go, it is not true that females make the better pet. They are both great. Males that are neutered early never learn those nasty boy-dog behaviors and are big sweeties. In fact, they tend to be more of a love-sponge than the girls.

Please! Please! Please! If it ever becomes necessary to re-home your puppy for any reason, please let us help you with that or take him for you. We don't ever want one of our pups to go a shelter or any undesirable living situation.

Breeding now = Lincoln Manor Honey and Westwoods Scooter are breeding. If she gets pregnant the pups will be due to be born July 7th. They will weigh around 20-25 pounds or so.

winter 2008 = Bessie (Parti F1B Labradoodle) x ?? haven't decided yet, maybe a Goldendoodle for a litter of North American Retrievers
spring 2009 = Lincoln Manor Francie (red F1B Labradoodle) x Trout (red F1B Labradoodle)

When price-shopping, be sure to find out if the price includes spay/neuter and microchip. If it doesn't, you need to call your vet to find out how much he is going to charge you to do that. You then need to include that amount to the price of pups that that aren't already altered before going home. That is the only way to fairly and accurately price-shop.
